Possibly getting "layered" handle #1

Hi, I'm interested in getting the layered username here on GitHub, could it be available for transfer?

I'm asking because it looks inactive (from what info is publicly available) and would be a great use for me and my team https://github.com/layeredstudio. Would be really helpful to have the matching name across NPM, Packagist and other platforms, as it simplifies deploy/CI processes and is easier to remember that it's the same everywhere.

Would be open to about more details, make a donation at a charity/org the owner prefers, or any other request.
