Suggested improvements for image ratios #374

Hi,

I suggest that the following improvements be made to image ratios:

  1. Position "image-no-crop" as the first item in the list
  2. Set the default value to "image-no-crop"
  3. Add tooltips to each icon

I can work on a patch but thought on getting your thoughts first before I proceed.
