• Fixed a few typos and removed some duplicate entries
• Moved around some entries to the category they belong to
• Moved the "Going nuclear" category from the normal list to the nuclear list where it belongs, no need to have those in both lists

I agree with most of these changes, except the twitter one. iirc, search engines index both twitter.com and x.com respectively, so that's why I put both of them on there. As for the nuclear section in the default list, that's there purely for experimentation (see commit 61f51dc) to see how certain blocking certain sites would affect searches; kinda like a small-ish nuclear list (if that makes any sense).

However, I get that it probably doesn't fit in the main list at all, since I created a whole separate list specifically for these 'hard to filter' sites. So, I'm okay with that change.
