Permanently save "Monitor File" state for some files #60

Is there any way to save the "Monitor File" state of some files?

I want to mark certain files to be monitored whenever I open the project.

When I mark a file to be monitored, this state is lost if I close Atom and I would like to avoid having to mark the monitoring every time I restart the IDE or open the project.

Is there this possibility or could it be implemented in the future?
