Add security and sanity check tools

Add admin tools for security and sanity checks :

• software versions checks (maybe using pip)
• database version check (using alembic)
• default admin password check (see #14 )

And eventually :

• plugins versions checks
• modules versions checks (like the debug_toolbar one)

We may also add "fixme" buttons later to launch scripts or forms to correct the problem
