Add performance benchmarks

Also probably automate a benchmark report on each PR.

Compare with existing popular libraries which provide similar functionality.

Different chains:

• short
• long
• with a trigger in the middle
• with infinite iterable

Compare different kinds of chain among:

• jupiteration
• lodash (there are several drastically different ways to do this in lodash afaik)
• iterate
• rxjs
• several native let-for loops, for each operator in the chain
• single native let-for loop
