SERVICE=ddg doesn't work since lambda refactor #19

Seems to me you have removed the service selection possibility in https://github.com/lazd/mdn.io/commit/591a5a13badb589fd5d94a811464672608d74e67

Would be really nice to have it as google now shows an intermediate page when opening e.g. mdn.io/apply as opposed to when using the ddg version (https://mdn.tennoxlab.de/apply).

I would actually propose to switch the whole mdn.io service to duckduckgo for that reason (+ privacy)

Yes, unfortunately I have a lot of projects and I really shouldn't mention timelines in the future 😄 I am refactoring this today though, expect a new version soon!

I have updated mdn.io to use DuckDuckGo. I've had one error on DDG while testing it over and over, so please let me know if you find anything abnormal.
