Bruker Support #116

Are there any plans to support Bruker or SciEx files? This would be massively appreciated! Congrats on the amazing software. Greetings from Munich!

Hi - Bruker files (.d) should work (only locally, they cannot be streamed from S3)! For SciEx, I would recommend converting to mzML and then searching (or MGF as a fallback). Never searched any SciEx data, but if the file format is open source you could write a parser and submit a PR :)
