how to use XcapStack? #373

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.just call XcapStack.getDocument then ERROR: detaching thread with interp 
frames

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If you want to implement RCS presence.You may not use the XcapStack.XCAP is 
based on HTTP.You just use HTTP API to send the packet.
