Hi there,
I use many different applications and it is great to be able to restrict the 
network access for these. An issue I faced was that some applications use the 
same name (Google Music and the standard Music app are both displayed as 
'Musik' on German phones).
So I thought it would be great to have the application's icon next to the 
checkboxes to identify it more easily.

I grabbed your source code and implemented the idea. It works great, but the 
downside is that it now takes a few seconds to load the application's list 
(with 130 installed apps ~7s). I'm sure this could be improved by caching the 
retrieved icons.

The patch file is attached, so you can easily check what I have done to get it 
working.

Thanks. I added a number of changes on r233, including application icons.
This will be released on v1.5.5
