I basically did what was said to be done in this video
I have a feeling this has to do with LOLIcon, because I'm basically having the same exact problem as this dude, with two excepting factors. It ALWAYS turns off after the epilepsy warning and I DO have udcd_uvd. The only way to fix this problem it seems is to factory reset it. I do, however, not want to do this. I can't just remove it (I have sd2vita), because my tai folder is on my ur0, not my ux0, which is what my sd2vita is set to.
UPDATE: I fixed my PS Vita by removing the PSVitaDock plugin. However, my question still persists.
