4:3 games (e.g. PSX) are stretched wide, distorting the graphics. #25

I have only tested this on a PC that is connected to a 16:9 TV, but it makes the games very ugly. While this is happening, the Vita still displays the image correctly, by showing black bars on the sides of the 4:3 image.
