Yeah I ran these tests on azure ... and they passed!

All in all this is a seriously awesome first round suite of tests. The one thing we aren't doing here is checking if the latest=true config flag is properly exercising. I'll look into adding those tests myself as I merge in the flannel bits to support the new sub.

Touches on #10 bringing it to 90% completion
