Some example measures produced by the evaluation partner, although note that some of these are more like management information whereas the emphasis for a public display is comms, so the evaluation related measures (e.g. demographics) will not be included:
● Number of events ● Number of event attendees ○ Event attendees demographic breakdown ● Number of volunteers ○ Volunteers demographic breakdown ● Number of volunteer hours ● Number of co-creators ○ Co-creators demographic breakdown ● Number of programme leaders ○ Leaders demographic breakdown ● Number of young people benefiting from employment, learning and development opportunities ○ Percentage of these young people that feel more prepared for work in the creative sector ● Number of social media/website interactions ● Quantity of media coverage ● Spend change percentage ○ Would compare 2022 with 2021, using other data to adjust for effects of the pandemic ● Travel change percentage ○ Would compare 2022 with 2021, using other data to adjust for effects of the pandemic ● Footfall change percentage ○ Would compare 2022 with 2021, using other data to adjust for effects of the pandemic ● Perceptions of Lewisham ○ Data from audience survey agreement questions: ■ “There is more to Lewisham than I expected” ■ “I feel that Lewisham welcomes everyone” ■ “I learnt something new about Lewisham’s heritage and communities” ■ “I feel it is important for Lewisham and its people to respond to the climate crisis” ■ “Seeing these kinds of arts and cultural activities in Lewisham gives me a sense of belonging and makes me feel proud”
