Chilean calendar issue #1839

There is a missing holiday in the chilean calendar, that only applies to banks an other financial institutions.

It's december 31th, where the financial market is closed, and it is called "Feriado Bancario" or "Bank Holiday" in english.

Here is a link to a web page from the Chilean Financial Regulator "Comisión Para el Mercado Financiero", where they explain that banks are closed in that date, every year. The same applies for the financial market.

Thanks—the link above is a communication from 2021. Does it mean that before that year, December 31 was a business day? Or was it a holiday before, as well?
