Set microphone capture volume #5

Was experiencing a problem that manifested as what appeared to be a failure to send audio blocks. The reality was that the default microphone capture volume was set to about 66% of maximum, and apparently the USB card was not registering audio below a certain threshold. When the microphone capture volume is increased to maximum, all audio is transferred.
