Add option to be not resident #80

I want qmledit to quit when closing the last window. This is the behavior I'm used by basically all other applications.

Since being resident seams to be a design decision (see #78), I'd like to have a option to make it non-resident.

Hello, to enable this behavior, just de-select "Single instance application" in the Configuration panel in General tab.
