Command line interface? #91

Maybe simply something storing settings and then executing those settings. (Easier than supporting everything through command line)

Like would be useful for splitting XML files.

Just a suggestion :)

Maybe a parameter file? I put this in the enhancements queue. Thanks for the suggestion.
