I am writing you because we have the idea of implementing, or refering to, the algorithms in the TruncatedNormal package for cumulative multivariate normal probabilities, in the popular scipy library for Python. The problem is that the GPL license of your package is not compatible with the BSD license that scipy uses. Is there a possibility of reconsidering the license of the package, or at least, licensing the pmvnorm function with this type of license?
We are currently using GPL-licensed parts and will likely continue doing so when the package is ported to Cpp. One option is to license parts of the code under a different license; see the excursions package
