Our thoughts on how people should use this package:
If there are matrix computations that take very long, people can take example matrices and MeasureContention to find out how many blocks there should be or how big the blocks should be.
We need a nice explanation for that. Maybe also rename MeasureContention to GaussParTestParameters or so.
