Time synchronization #1

A user reports following:

Dear group,

I seem to have found an issue with the time sync between EPlus FMU and Modelica: when I set the same start/stop parameters for FMU and Modelica simulation, EPlus FMU always start from an earlier day then my specification. For example, when I set the start time to be 86401 (second), it is supposed to be simulating Jan 2 but instead it is simulating Jan 1 and communicating this data to Modelica.

I have used the EnergyPlusToFMU-1.0.6 instead of the newest 2.0.
