Site Wide Additions/Modifications:
Add ? feature to match designs
Add About page accessible from all pages and include this text - could this be integrated into the ? section above?
License and copyright files - Michael will request these for us (hopefully 10/24) but they will take 2-3 week. He expects them to look at lot like this:

However, we need to confirm if the 1st and 2nd have also been addressed, or if we still need them.
