JModelica code no longer public #8

Are there plans to update this now that the JModelica code is no longer publicly available?

https://svn.jmodelica.org no longer exists.

@brianlball : The docker will remain available for quite some time, and we are looking into alternatively solutions. See also https://simulationresearch.lbl.gov/modelica/environments.html
