EnergyPlus_9_6_0.Examples.SmallOffice.Unconditioned hangs with OCT 1.40 #3242

The command

jm_ipython.sh jmodelica.py Buildings.ThermalZones.EnergyPlus_9_6_0.Examples.SmallOffice.Unconditioned

hangs during time integration with OCT 1.40, Ubuntu, CVode 1E-6, using Buildings 56ef0d9b023c12f483b5dca627ce4f340f57c6f9

Progress is very slow near t=9.498489e+04 (running for about an hour).

The model is on the exclude list since OCT 1.40.

Log file is

$ cat Buildings_ThermalZones_EnergyPlus_9_6_0_Examples_SmallOffice_Unconditioned_log.txt
FMIL: module = FMI2XML, log level = 3: fmi2_xml_get_default_experiment_start: returning default value, since no attribute was defined in modelDescription

and .mat file was updated about 10 min before I stopped the process manually.

This seems related to https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/issues/3241

This will be corrected in the next OCT release, per Modelon #2023020839000278
