branch for case study #20

This issue is to make a branch for the case study models and the development of the case study report.

I created branch issue20_case_study1

examples/case_study_1/run_simulations.py can be used to run different cases, with models from the Buildings library or from the VAVMultiZone package in examples/case_study_1/, where we should be adding custom models.
