This issue is to compare the Guideline 36 sequence vs the base case for the DOE small office building using the Spawn of EnergyPlus development version.

TODO before merging issue75_caseStudy_VAVSmallOffice into the master:

[ ] Run yearly simulations of the models in Buildings.ThermalZones.EnergyPlus.Examples.SmallOffice with Dymola and OCT (filter variables for the latter at least).
[ ] Report impact on energy use comparison in this issue.
[x] Update post_process.ipynb for https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/2347.
