Michael, please see if this PR would work, and let me know if you have any question. There were some format changes due to the fact of using Eplus editor to open and edit the surface boundary. And when it gets merged, several fields were missed.
[issue92_caseStudyFullHVAC b5608d33] updated the weather related E+ object from Buffalo to Chicago, corrected the previous incomplete merge that missed several fields for lighting, zone, and other object. This updated idf has been tested on Eplus V9.5 and it can complete the simulation successfully. Previous merged idfs has fatal errors. Ground temperature object is also removed. However, having the ground temperature object has no impact on EUI since the surface of a middle floor is not directly connect with ground.
