在NavigateOptions中，导出Taro的complete,fail,success回调接口 #69

在实际开发过程中，经常会有这样的需求，当一个页面打开完成后再执行一些操作，因此导出complete,fail,success回调非常有必要

我看github上，你已经合并进去了啊，不用从新提交了吧。
