About DiscourseNet as group? #12

"Jan, Jaspal, what would you think about an "About DiscourseNet" here which would give background about the page and present DiscourseNet as the supporting group?"

I'm still having troubles to work out how GitHub interfaces with the website. When you're referring to 'here' I don't know how to locate your comment. I feel the 'About' tab on the top banner is well placed.

This was copied from our other tool Trackduck. Johannes raised this question there and i made a new issue out of it to collect everything at one place, because otherwise we probably would loose this idea.

As i understood this, Johannes had the idea to make a new group DiscourseNet and use this as a self description of DiscourseNet. Maybe @jangermuller can elaborate this clearer to us.

My idea would be to have an About button on the top menu as well. In the About area, we will present the web page and also present DiscourseNet and its various aspects and people will be able to login to see the internal area with the group.
