  1. We tried to create a new group and add some members. This worked fine. However, it remains unclear how we can add information, send messages, and actually use this ‘group’ in order to upload files, share info, etc. … . We didn’t how to do this.
    1. At the bottom of the groups page, there is a blue banner that says that one can subscribe for free to the newsletter. We tried to create a new group and add some members. This worked fine.   1. In this stage the groups are meant to be a chance to connect with people through the message system and to present your group as a whole through the description. There is no opportunity to share files right now. It can be useful to start a new group on your own with a special research field and other people can join this group, if they are interested in the same topic so you get to know each other. We never thought about sharing files there .. but this could be something for dn 2.0.

@jangermuller what's your opinion on this? Do we need a file sharing function for the groups?

That'd be great but we can also use google drive!
