This PR seeks to improve the blueprint in 3 ways:
Simplifying the code
Refactoring the code
Providing default methods to deal with rdf attributes and the Pernet api. The current blueprint only provides methods for detecting and replacing plain/html text. The new methods will provide developers with a paved way for processing rdf content.
