The mutation observers should ignore some changes #114

They should for example ignore adding/removing the class "spoken".

The mutation observer for the captions should also ignore joining/splitting.

Checked Squire (the editor used for transcript). It did not fire the "input" event for adding/removing "spoken" class.

I think there are no issues, actually.
