Implement delete word in captions #72

Leaving it on the screen, marked in some way so it can be recovered.

Partly implemented. Missing parts:

Fixed the part when deleting all characters (0.70.221). The word is now marked as deleted.

Fixed the don't copy part in 0.70.222.
