Offline usage tutorial #86

I have created a little tutorial that shows how to use Docson without a web server (offline). This pull request adds a link to the tutorial to the README file.

Sure, feel free to include the tutorial in the official documentation. Please let me know if I can help, for example by going into details.

In the meantime, I have been told that browsers have different size limits for data URIs. But I think the limit is high enough in any case, even for large schema files.
