`submitblock` from Yiimp rejected by lbcd on RegTest network. #24

This happens when we test Yiimp with miners on RegTest network. On the lbcd side, we don't know the reason yet. Need to instrument lbcd for more debugging message

False alarm. The cpuminer has to update to use RegTest chainparams.
