DESCRIPTION:
Wallet balances are incorrect once fully synced on Android. Also, two Android devices launched at the same time come to different final balances.
REPRO STEPS: 1) Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0 and Android 10 2) Login to an existing account 3) Once daemon is running, go to Wallet 4) Wait and allow Wallet balances to stop changing (may take a long time) 5) Compare the balances with Android 8 and 10 versions, and then with lbry.tv balances
Results: Android balances are different, and both are wrong
Expected: Android balances match lbry.tv balances
