Small Picture bug

## The Issue There is a short picture in my video ehen I maximize it ### Steps to reproduce 1. Open lbry 2.click on a video 3. Minimize 4. Then click on the minimized and then maximize it ### Expected behaviour Tell us what should happen No picture ### Actual behaviour Tell us what happens instead ## System Configuration - Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A - Android version: 7 Nougat ## Anything Else

Hello, @Thewisem. I have moved this report to lbry-android as it is not specific for LBRY FDroid. Any fix for this issue will be then ported to the FDroid build.

What did you mean by "minimize"? You are running Androd 7, so maybe it was browsxing on the app so the video is then showed at the bottom miniplayer. So, by "maximizing" were you refering to clicking on the miniplayer so the view is again as the first time you click on the content?

I first minimized the video, aka clicked the small icon beside the video to make it smaller. Then I put it below. Then I went back to it. And clicked the icon again to maximize it, and wala the bug arrived
