mobile-ffmpeg-full has become FFmpegKit #1200

LBRY Android and Odysee are using mobile-ffmpeg-full Java library. It has been replaced by its author with FFmpegKit.

Library is still working and relatively updated, but maybe new FFmpegKit deserves to be used instead. See what can be done here.
