sign-out option is missing #1205

## The Issue There is no Sign Out option in the App. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Sign-in to the App 2. Try to find Sign Out Option ### Expected behaviour Able to Sign out ### Actual behaviour can't find Sign Out Option ### System Configuration - App Version : 0.17.1
