Feature Request : Expose Smiley (emoji) anywhere we use markdown #1816

The Issue

Btzr has added emoji features on the LBRY App but its only support if user know how to add emoji via the key like :dog: :jiggy: and etc. for amateur user it will make confusing to them, would be nice if on the description area has the emoji button/option so user can add it manually/directly via in

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click Publish
  2. Choose a File
  3. See Description Field Form ( There no Smiley option)
