Filtering video list for for 'Free' / 0 LBC does not filter out low cost items. #4464

Filtering a video list for free or LBC = 0 still passes items which cost. CGI parameter is fee_amount=0 . I saw items as high as 0.5 LBC. I guess it is a rounding error.

Thanks for the report. I'm going to move this over to the desktop repo since that's the code base responsible (but it may be actually the sdk once we dig in more).

Can you give us an example of a tag page or other query where this comes up? I tried filtering and was not seeing that.

Looking, I don't see any examples anymore. It should be easy to test. Create a video which collects the smallest amount of LBC possible and see whether it appears as a result in free.
