Non-mature video hidden by mature filter #4519

This video does not have a mature tag, but is filtered by the mature setting in the app/lbry.tv for no apparent reason.

I wonder if this has something to do with the bug where it used to say channels had 1 filtered item in them, even when they didn't.

It has other tags from YouTube including the porn tag, that's why it's hidden. We should be showing those tags on the file page up front though. Pretty sure the mature one does, but others may not.

Only these tags show up under the video.

The fix would be to prioritize at least one mature tag in the shortened list.

Also, should consider fixing https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-desktop/issues/3434 along side it to improve the experience around mature content.
