Improve the anti-porn filter. Important.

To: @tzarebczan and all lbry developers

Can you make a better anti-porn filter? Turned off adult content but still so much of that destructive and unhealthy stuff shows up if I try to discover new videos. At the moment it's about 5-10% porn even with adult content disabled in the settings. That is not acceptable.

Maybe penalize accounts that upload porn without flagging as nsfw. This could be the best solution.

Any other ideas?

Replied in Telegram also. Since publishes self tag, sometimes the mature tag will be missed. We encourage community members to report these and we'll get them blocked and rewards disabled.

We'll leave this open to consider better ways of detecting this up front and alerting to the publisher that the mature tag should be used, or it will be hidden.

Examples as per your request on Telegram. Yes, there needs to better algorithms to prevent this from occurring.

This is from searching "latest" (discovery) sorted by videos only.

It is pretty typical that 5-10% of the content is adult.

If you need suggestions on how to improve the algos, let me know and I can think about it. Maybe promise a small tip in LBC if I can come up with something that you can use.

I'm wondering if the community could perform tagging when when we find something like this? It could be community vetted, meaning if enough of us vote on the tag (e.g. adult, mature, porn), then it would automatically receive said tag and no longer show up.

At this time, there's no way to perform this but if it were like sliming a video, that might help.

Also, perhaps if one person tags a video, the next person who sees it would see a banner stating something like, "This video has been reported as being mis-tagged. Please verify....something something"

Just some ideas to improve an already great product.
