During upload video process - inform user when closing box progress will not be lost #5109

The dialog box might confuse people. It says the upload is complete but that the video is 'confirming'.

It makes the user reluctant to close the box because they're unsure if they're allowed to.

I propose getting rid of the 'confirming' bit which would remove the ambiguity. OR Add a note that 'Progress will not be lost' if the box is closed.

When this gets worked on the flow should just be for it to go from clicking "publish" to it appearing in Publishes. All feedback from the on should be provided on the file tile itself.
