Odysee + mature content #5794

There's a few issues around mature content + odysee that's confusing people. You can add the mature tag, but then the content is hidden everywhere. Should make note on the publish page that it's not supported.

There's been more confusion about this with certain mature tags. We should at least add a note that mature content is not allowed on Odysee and if the tag is added, it will be hidden and only viewable in other apps.
