Support channel creation on same page as chat #6338

Many first time users get prompted to a new tab to create a channel. This means they can't watch while it's being created, or may pause on mobile in new tab.

Support the ability to create a channel right in chat and live stream chat.

Another option is to pop out the player if we can get that work done.
