All live streams show on tag explore/discovery page + content type filters don't work there #7186

Bug Livestreams are shown for any tag search. Filtering for content type like audio or image returns still same list of videos. Looks like it just does the default claim_search call for audio and video. Some filters like "list" work though.

Expected behavior Livestreams probably shouldn't show there, at least if tags on live streams don't match the searched one.
