Lbry app cannot upload because please your deposit which is 0.01 but the site odysee is uploading it without any problem #1482

Issue Summary

Cannot upload from lbry app with deposit 0..1

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Try to upload a video
  2. Add a deposit 0,01 3.doesn't accept it, it says instead please decrease your deposit 4.if i go to the odysee site, it uploads it fine

I expect to upload it fine from the app, but it doesn't
