Adjust the UCB code #43

In order to be able to finish publishing all UC Berkeley videos to LBRY the following steps need to be taken:

[x] Adjust cmd/ytsync.go to allow selecting the UCB publisher
[x] verify that every step of the "download", metadata acquisition, publication, database tracking work
[x] ensure that redisdb is no longer necessary anywhere in udb (should not)
