Takeovers do not work #1045

lbry.com/fsakldgjkl shows the 404 page which embeds an image from https://spee.ch/404. This should be the same image as lbry://404 but it isn't. However, the 404 page implies that it should be possible to take over spee.ch/404 by getting lbry://404.

There may still be a local issue with spee.ch resolving the controlling on, let's check again tomorrow.

Manual on chainquery, spee.ch updated on its own. So just need the cq bug fixed.
